CANCELLATION POLICY

I totally understand that life happens! But last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are hard to fill.

So out of respect for my time and for other clients who are waiting for appointments, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Any appointment canceled or rescheduled two times in a row will automatically be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Late cancellations significantly affect my schedule and limit my ability to accommodate other clients. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time 🤍

 

RESCHEDULE POLICY

To keep your hair looking its best and to make sure I can give every client the time and detail they deserve, I've updated a few policies that are already in effect:

When appointments are missed or pushed out months beyond the recommended maintenance time on (root touch-ups, balayage, highlights, extensions, etc.), your next visit may require additional time and product to get you back to your desired look.

Because of this, an adjusted fee or price increase will be applied at your next appointment.

This helps keep your results consistent, supports the health of your hair, and allows me to book my schedule realistically and fairly for everyone.
